MotorData allows you instantly access high quality data on car diagnostics, repair and maintenance. It covers wide spectrum of car makes and models and includes user-friendly and flexible user interface with search tools, cross-links and other interactive features. It works as a web-service with custom client-side software used to access data quickly and efficiently.
MotorData is one of the leading automotive diagnostics information systems on Asian-built cars. Professionals from over 25 countries around the globe (see MotorData Geography) use it daily, cutting their costs and delivering better service.
Fields of Application
MotorData is designed for automotive professionals. It has proven to be commercially efficient for daily use in auto service and diagnostics stations for:
- electronic components repairs;
- ECM, AT, CVT, ABS, VSC, EPS, AC, SRS, Multiplex, CAN diagnostics;
- A/C fill-up and repair;
- alarm systems, LPG and other auxiliary equipment installation.
MotorData also contains valuable reference information, used by mechanics for:
- oil changes;
- coolant checks;
- refilling other fluid capacities.
MotorData system is designed as an online service, accessible from anywhere in the world 24/7. Special client-side software is used to connect to MotorData database and display all the information in a user-friendly format.
Such an approach ensures that our customers receive up-to-date and complete data without constant client-side updates. It also allows access to the exact piece of information that the customer needs to solve a problem. Diagram node highlighting, colored wire traces on the interactive diagrams, rich hyper-text capabilities (easy transitions from one component to another) makes the problem analysis and solution smooth and effective. The system is tailored to minimize delays and traffic volume while transferring data via Internet. Our case studies show stable operation even with slow Internet access, such as GPRS mobile connection.
Information in MotorData is categorized by makes (manufacturers), models and systems (onboard equipment). The data is also divided into several modules based on its type (DTC, wiring diagrams, pin data, etc.)
